Sheet Size

The Sheet popup menu in the document settings pane is used to select the size of the output pages when the document is either printed or generated by a Sheet Writer.

If you want to print on sheets whose size is not found in the menu, simply add a new custom print size and then select it.

If the selected sheet size is smaller than any of the pose print sizes in the document, an error indication Pasted Graphic.tiff will be placed next to the appropriate sizes.  When in this state, PhotoPackage will not allow you to print or generate a package.  To resolve this situation, either remove the prints that are too large from the document, or choose a larger sheet size for the document.

Sheet Density

The pixel density of the output sheet images can also be set to between 80 and 300 pixels per inch.

For every print on the sheet, the original pose image will be scaled to the selected sheet density.  Because of this, it is best to start with pose images with the highest pixel density possible.  For those situations where a pose scaled to a print will have a pixel density that is less than the sheet density, a warning indication Pasted Graphic 4.tiff will be placed next to that pose’s print size.

Print Border

Every print in the document can be assigned a colored border.  To define the size of the border, change the slider in the document settings pane:

This value is not an absolute size — instead, it defines a ratio that yields a border dimension which is relative to the particular print size on which the border is placed.  This ensures that all print sizes have similar looking borders.

The color the border can also be changed by clicking the color well and choosing a color.

Changing the Default Behavior

All of the above sheet-related configuration items can also be set as defaults to use in newly-created documents by making similar configuration changes to the Document panel of the Preferences window.
