TimeGuard will actively help your business to bill your clients, track tasks progress, log expenses and track orders, while taking much of the burden off user's shoulders. TimeGuard provides an accurate view of how time was spent on projects and by whom. It will calculate project's bills and produce professional reports that you can print or email. TimeGuard includes features like: rates per employee or project, assign employees to projects, progress tracking, auto-remarks, client list with contacts.
What is new in this release:
Version 4.0.25 include new tasks tracking within the project tasks window, so one can create tasks and tack the progress in one place. It also includes the ability to create orders and track their status. Active links to Internet pages can now be added in tasks and orders. GUI improvements.
